I am leading a one-off Theoretical and Practical Introduction to the Alexander Technique from 1.00 pm - 3.30 pm on the afternoon of Saturday 30th March in Wilmslow.
I am a highly experienced teacher of the Alexander Technique based in Wilmslow (near Prestbury, Poynton, Knutsford, Bramhall, Cheadle, Macclesfield, Altringham and Manchester).
I offer individual lessons on five days each week, including evenings and Saturdays.
I offer a free consultation to help you decide if lessons in the Alexander Technique could be the help that you are looking for, and if I am the right teacher for you.
I run introductory classes, a weekly class for qualified Alexander Technique teachers, trainee teachers and advanced students and occasional workshops. I have pleasant rooms, with free off-street parking.
If you have further questions about the Alexander Technique or about lessons, or if you wish to discuss whether the A.T. could be helpful to you, I welcome contact by form, email or telephone.
