I am a highly experienced teacher of the Alexander Technique based in Wilmslow (near Prestbury, Poynton, Knutsford, Bramhall, Cheadle, Macclesfield, Altringham and Manchester).
I offer individual lessons on five days each week, including evenings and Saturdays.
I offer a free consultation to help you decide if lessons in the Alexander Technique could be the help that you are looking for, and if I am the right teacher for you.
I also lead introductory classes, weekly classes for more advanced students and qualified A.T. teachers and the Manchester professional training course for teachers. I have pleasant rooms, with free off-street parking.
If you have further questions about the Alexander Technique or about lessons, or if you wish to discuss whether the AT could be helpful to you, I welcome contact by email or telephone.
